The following products consist of user licenses, which provide additional services on the PABX Urmet Ipertalk product; these licenses are non-exclusive, perpetual and onerous at the prices (VAT excluded) specifically indicated in the record card of each product, and sub-licensable only once, and only to the subjects who have already purchased a Pabx Urmet Ipertalk with which such licenses will be matched. The contract is completed following the steps detailed below: once the required products have been added using the "Add" button, the "Order Summary" button accesses a page with the summary of the order with the price including VAT; subsequently, through the "Send Order" button, a "pop up" appears with the License conditions; scrolling to the bottom and clicking on both boxes unlocks the "Go to payment" button and accesses the bank page where you can enter your credit card details, accept the bank's privacy conditions, and pay. At any time, including the payment, it will be possible to go back by canceling the transaction. The purchase contract is stored on the site available to the customer who can access it at any time after logging in with his credentials. If the contract is concluded with a consumer, according to the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of its conclusion without having to provide any reasons and without incurring costs.
